The Dovercourt Clubhouse facility is conveniently located near major intersections, Dufferin Mall, and small businesses on Bloor Street West. With packages and individual rentals available, our facility is perfect for any type of event.

Facility Descriptions
Gym – Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, reunion, sports league, or corporate event, our gym is the perfect space to have your event. Able to hold up to 300 people, our gym is perfect for big group activities. The space is equipped with basketball nets, soccer nets, and bleachers. Customers must bring their own or have the option to rent the Club’s sports equipment.
Meeting Rooms – Need a space to host corporate meetings or workshops? Our meeting room would be perfect. This room comes with a picnic table and a refrigerator to store food during your event with a capacity of 20 people.
Games Room – Equipped with a ping pong table, pool table, chalk board wall, air hockey table, and foosball tables, the games room can get pretty fun and just a bit competitive.
Pool – Host a pool party at Dovercourt! A lifeguard will be present per 20 guests for all pool rentals.
Pool Information:
- Set to a temperature of 84 degrees
- Depth ranging from 3 ft to 8 ft
- Pool length is 60 ft
Green Room – The Green Room is a spacious area with huge windows perfect for open play. Please note that the adjacent kitchen is not available for rentals.
Theatre – Our theatre is equipped with a stage and curtains perfect for putting on a show! The room is also adorned with big windows and hardwood floors.
*Alcohol:
Planning to have alcohol at your event? Keep in mind that in order to serve liquor to your guests you are required to obtain a liquor license and are required to have an extra staff on site. For further information please give us a call.
You are more than welcome to rent certain parts of our building for your birthday party, meeting, etc. Please view the chart for prices.
