August 2023 - On the last week of Summer Camp, BGC Dovercourt Club gave away 400+ Back to School Kits filled with school essentials for our Back to School Program. Thank you to our partners: PC Children's Charity, Burns & Wilcox, Nestle, and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)!

August 2022- BGC Dovercourt Club gave away 250+ back to school kits during our last week of summer camp. These kits will be filled with necessary back to school essentials such as pens, pencils, notebooks, crayons, water bottles, and learning books. T hank you to our partners: PC Children's Charity

March 2020 - Thank you to The Boulevard Club for donating tickets to Toronto Maple Leafs game for Club members.

August 2018 - This summer, Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club is giving away 250+ back-to-school kits to summer campers during the 8th week of our summer camp program. The kits will be filled with school essentials such as Frixion highlighters, mechanical pencils, Smart Early learning books, pens, spiral notebooks and crayons.

July 2018 - Thank you to Yorkshire Valley Farms for donating ground turkey and ground chicken for our summer Weekly Lunch Program. 

July 2018 - Thank you to MAZON Canada for awarding Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club a grant of $1,500 for its 2018 Christmas Hamper Program. 

June 2018 - Thank You to the Rotary Club of Toronto for their $10,000 donation of computers for the Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club's Technology Learning Centre (TLC)

The Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club has been selected by President's Choice Children's Charity and Boys and Girls Club Canada to receive a 2016 President's Choice Children's Charity Basic Needs - Brighter Futures Program Grant.

The Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club is grateful for the financial support received from the Patrick and Barbara Keenan Foundation for its Character Development Program. The program consisting of four components: Etiquette; Money Management; Music Makers and Public Speaking will be offered throughout 2014 to children and youth between the ages of 8 and 15 years old.

We are pleased to announce that, Fidelity Investments through The Boys and Girls Club of Canada is helping to support the following Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club Programs: Shared Moments in a Learning Environment (SMILE); Junction Triangle Clubhouse Math and Tutoring and Evening Homework Help.

Donation Inquiries

Any questions about donations including eligibility, gift approval*, tax receipts, how to donate, etc. can be sent to Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club via email.

*Gifts-in-kind must receive approval prior to being brought to and accepted by the Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club. 

In-person Donations

  • Money: Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club accepts gifts of money in any amount. Only donations of at least $25 are eligible for tax receipts. 
  • Items (Gifts): Please email us to receive approval prior to bringing the items to the Club. Tax receipts are only eligible upon the donor's provision of an appraisal for the fair market value of the gift.
